I was at Disney this weekend; I know, I know, don’t judge. I’m only like half a Disney adult😜 but something my husband and I were talking about the whole time was Disney culture.
For so many, it’s beyond just the mouse; it’s the whole experience. The community, the magic, the playfulness, the permission to be weird and authentically you, the joy, the excitement, the possibilities, a place where it’s celebrated and safe to be in your joy, etc etc.
As we were having one on these chats, we were on line to get the most delicious sushi donut of my lifeeee (but that’s for another day). As I was waiting for my sush, I heard the girl directly behind me, sadly express to her friend that she hated leaving this place. She said “I just wish I could bring what I feel here in the real world.”
A freaking light switch went off in my head. OMG; that’s EXACTLY what I do with my clients. I teach them how to be in their joy, play, power and radiance…on the daily. I remember a time where I would rely on vacation to have that excuse for fun, possibilities and joy; and because of this work…it’s my consistent.
