From Perfectionist To Pleasure Expert…

is a workshop where we look at any stories that we may have around our pleasure. Maybe we feel it’s unnecessary, dirty or indulgent. We take those old stories and learn why pleasure is actually such a potent and powerful healing modality. From there, we create a new story around pleasure and leave with tools and tricks on how we can start to integrate more joy, juice and pleasure into our daily lives. This pleasure ranges from being deeply embodied and rooted into the present moment and can even bleed into our sexual journey.

In this conversation, we will start by combing through any harsh emotions we have towards ourselves and then gently transition into self celebration. Through the workshop, we will use tools and exercises to genuinely learn how to love and nurture ourselves.. a priceless experience!

is an amazing workshop that is a safe space to feel and dream where you want to thrive sensually and sexually. In this workshop we will shed what no longer serves us and create a space to step into our empowered sexual identities. In this workshop we will cover pleasure, embodiment and how we can integrate our erotic essence into our lives.
